Rebuild and Reclaim aren't steps in a sequence. They're two different starting points, and which one is right for you depends on how deep the work needs to go, not on doing one before the other.

Six months rebuilds what's broken, and here, that happens inside Act I. Then comes the part standalone Rebuild doesn't reach.

Reclaim isn't a longer version of Rebuild. It's two different jobs. The first six months does the same work Rebuild does: stabilizes the body, corrects what the data shows, gives you a foundation. The second six is where it becomes something else entirely. Once the loudest physical pattern has quieted down, we go looking for what's underneath it, and it's almost never just physical anymore.

This isn't about getting back to who you were before your children. That woman, and the life she had, is behind you, and that's alright. Reclaim is about coming back into ownership of who you are now, underneath the wife, the mother, the one everyone else needs something from. She's still there. She just hasn't been hers to run in a while.

Act I — Rebuild

Months 1–6. The body gets tracked instead of guessed at. Labs, HTMA, weekly frequency scans, a protocol built from your data. A foundation you can actually stand on. Your labs get rerun at the six-month mark, right as Act II begins.

Act II — Reveal

Months 7–12. Once your body has quieted down, the work turns toward what's underneath it, the parts of you that got put last while you held everyone else together.

A full year of being known, not just checked on. Three retests, each one changing what we're working on next, because the work isn't scripted in advance. It's built from what your body and your life are actually showing us as we go.

By the end, you're not hoping you're better. You have a year of proof, and a self you've come back into owning.

Rebuild the body. Reclaim the woman. Remain her.
