Personalized functional wellness isn't a giant lab panel or supplement stack. Here's how Elevate uses the Decode Method™ to turn symptoms, history, data, and real life into a clearer plan.
Personalized care gets used as a marketing phrase so often that it can mean almost anything.
A different supplement pack. A longer intake form. A specialty lab panel. A protocol with your name typed at the top.
That isn't enough for me.
Personalized should mean the plan changes because your information changes the decision.
At Elevate, that process is the Decode Method™.
It's how I move from 'something changed' to a plan we can explain, implement, measure, and refine.
LISTEN: What changed?
We start with your story before ordering anything.
When did you stop feeling like your baseline? What was happening around that time? Pregnancy? Birth? Weaning? A return to work? A new medication? A cycle shift? A major stressor? What symptoms appeared together? What has already been evaluated?
This isn't the soft part before the real work. It's the beginning of the real work.
TEST: What information would help?
We review what you already have first.
Then, if a test could answer a meaningful question or change the plan, we consider it. Bloodwork may be useful. Hormone or thyroid testing may be appropriate depending on the question. HTMA may be used as an adjunctive mineral tool in selected cases. None of these is automatically required just because you joined a program.
More testing isn't the point. Better questions come first.
DECODE: What does the whole picture suggest?
This is where symptoms, history, existing diagnoses, laboratory data, mineral information, food, sleep, digestion, movement, medications, supplements, and life context get organized together.
The goal isn't to invent one dramatic explanation. It's to decide what explanations are plausible, what is supported by the information we have, what remains uncertain, and what deserves priority.
TARGET: What matters first?
Not every finding needs an intervention.
We choose the targets most likely to improve function or clarify the next step. Sometimes the target is a documented deficiency. Sometimes it's meal consistency, sleep structure, digestive support, or exercise recovery. Sometimes the right target is outside my scope and needs physician evaluation.
REBUILD: Create a plan you can actually follow.
Food and lifestyle stay foundational.
My main supplement line is Optimal Health Systems. Its NutrientsRx program can build a personalized nutritional foundation from your bloodwork when appropriate. Digestive support is used when there's a reason for it, not automatically. Designs for Health is my secondary line, reserved for targeted therapeutic needs after checking what's already in the foundation, possible duplication, intended duration, and how we'll reassess.
The goal isn't to accumulate supplements. The goal is to use the fewest useful tools for the clearest reasons.
TRACK: Did anything actually change?
A plan only matters if it produces information.
We track symptoms, function, implementation, adherence, relevant data, and the parts of the plan that are easy or difficult to carry out. Your experience matters. So does whether the intervention was actually implemented long enough to judge it.
REFINE: Keep what earns its place.
If something helps, we understand why it stays. If it doesn't help, we change course. If a supplement no longer has a clear role, it doesn't stay because it became part of your identity.
Your care should evolve as your body and life change.
This is what 'Stop guessing' means.
It doesn't mean I promise certainty about every symptom.
It means we stop making random moves without a reason.
We know what question we're asking. We know why we're collecting information. We know what the current plan is trying to accomplish. And we know what we will look at when it's time to decide what comes next.
You, Rebuilt is built around that process.
It's a five-month, ten-visit intensive for women who want a coherent picture and a personalized plan, not another generic protocol.
Labs and recommended supplements are purchased separately because I don't want the program fee to force every woman into the same testing or product package.
If you're wondering whether that level of work is the right fit, the next step is The Conversation. It's a complimentary 20-minute fit call, not a clinical visit.
We can decide from there whether it makes sense to keep going.
