Fine on paper.
Not fine in real life.
A lot of women hear “everything looks normal” and leave the appointment feeling exactly the way they walked in.
That space between your results and how you actually feel is where Elevate works. We look at the full picture, find the pattern and build a plan you can follow.
Pregnancy comes with a full calendar of appointments. Afterward, most women get one check-in and then they're on their own. Elevate is the follow-up care that should have come next.
The reasons are different.
The frustration is the same.
Women don't come to Elevate with a diagnosis. They come because something changed and nobody has helped them make sense of it yet.
- Exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix
- Weight that stopped responding
- Digestion that changed and stayed changed
- New mood and cycle patterns
- Postpartum depletion, months or years later
- Early perimenopause changes
You, Rebuilt.
Most women begin with You, Rebuilt: five months and ten virtual visits that alternate between practitioner-led progress reviews and health coaching. You get a plan built from your own data, and someone tracking it with you until it works.
Built for what comes after.
Focused on what's next.
I'm the founder of Elevate Women's Wellness. I've been a doula in Pasadena for more than a decade, walking alongside local families through pregnancy, birth and the weeks after.
That work showed me where women fall through the cracks: after the baby arrives and the appointments stop. So I trained across naturopathy, functional medicine and postpartum nutrition to give women the follow-through they weren't getting.
Elevate is that follow-through, built for women who want real answers.

FAQs
A few of the questions women ask most about working with Elevate.
Do you see clients in person in Pasadena, or virtually?
Virtually. Every part of care happens online: The Conversation, practitioner visits and health coaching. There's no walk-in office. That means you get the same care whether you're a few blocks away or across the state.
What areas do you serve?
Elevate is based in Pasadena and serves women in Pasadena, Altadena, Arcadia and greater Los Angeles. Because care is virtual, women anywhere in California can work with Elevate.
Who do you work with?
Women from postpartum through perimenopause. Many are months or years past delivery and still don't feel like themselves. Others are in their late 30s or 40s and noticing changes in energy, sleep, weight, mood or cycles. You don't need a baby at home to be a fit.
What does testing include?
Testing is individualized, never bundled. Depending on your history and symptoms, it may include comprehensive bloodwork through NutrientsRx, Female Hormone Deep Dive testing or Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA). We only recommend what's indicated.
Do you accept insurance?
Elevate is a private-pay practice and doesn't bill insurance. Lab testing and supplements are purchased directly through the applicable provider, and HSA/FSA eligibility may be available for qualifying purchases through programs such as Truemed.
How do I get started?
